Meet Our Team
Tim Freeland
Owner and Business Manager
As a graduate of the University of
Connecticut with a Degree in Business
Science, Tim is very involved in
associations within the remodeling
industry. He is a member of the
executive board of the Remodeling
Counsel of the Home Builders
Association, Past Chair person of the
Remodeling Councel and 2009 Remodeler
of the Year. Today, one could find him
overseeing the initial customer interaction,
designing projects, scheduling project
starts, and managing projects. In Tim’s
free time, he’s on the slopes, the
ball field, and spending time with his
wife and three kids.

Todd Drachenberg
Lead Carpenter
Todd has been an instrumental part of
the Freeland Brothers team since 1995.
His 25 years of carpentry experience has
set him above the rest. Todd has the
talent to take a verbal idea and turn it
into a masterpiece with very little
direction. When not working, you can
find him spending time with his wife and
daughter.
Peter Meccariello
Project Manager / Site superintendant
Pete returned to us in 2011 after being
away for 15 years. In the early 90's Pete
worked for us as a carpenter. While he was
away he held the position of project manager
manager with another construction company
that build restaurants and hotel through
out the country. He brings a wealth of
experience to our remodeling business and
has the ability to help our clients through
the day to day process of the remodel. Pete
is also certified through OSHA as well as
being trained as an EPA lead paint
renevator.
